I am drinking some Trop 50 Orange Juice this morning, which is the only juice that doesn't make me dump...It is helping

I don't have much advice for the dehydration thing, but when I talked to my OB's nurse about the nausea I started to experience 2 weeks ago she told me to try taking B6, so I have been taking on B6 in addition to my Bariatric Advantage chewables, and my folic acid and boy has it helped! plus I keep the preggie pops on had and thoes take the edge off, and make it easier to drink my water. That's all I got!

So normal.  I am glad I get to say that to someone!  My queasiness started at exactly 6 weeks and has yet to go away.  I am on Diclectin, which a drug Canadian OBs prescribe for morning sickness.  I believe that there is a comprable one in the US.  It also helps two eat every two hours and to stay hydrated (I sip, all day - mostly Coke, because it is one of the only things I can tolerate, I try to get a fiant glass of water in every day too).

Morning Sickness sucks, there is no question.  It especially sucks when it teams up with dizziness.  I am dreaming of the beginning of my second trimester when it should ease up.

Oh, popsicles are great too.

Good luck
Jenn
