The Birth!

My insurance wouldn't cover what they prescribed so I'm waiting for a phone call :( ...and thank you! She's been a peach :)

She is truly beautiful.  Sorry you had a rough time  but i'm sure every time you look at her you know it was all worth it.  Hope you feel better soon.

CONGRATS! She is beautiful. I was just wondering though, did they tell you that you cannot have any more kids? I have a small pelvis too and after 36 hours of labor my son, who was only 4lbs , did not fit through the birth canal and was born via emergency c-section and had a big cone head for 6 months. I just gave birth to my 3rd on Thursday via c-section. I have to have c-sections because they are early and because they do not fit. It is possible for me. I was just wondering why they told you that you couldn't through c-section.

What they told me is that I will never be able to have any child vaginally - all of my future children will have to be scheduled as c-sections from the start. I never should have been induced with Mischa - had my doctors done their job correctly, all of this could have been prevented. I could have gone to the hospital that night and had a safe and quick c-section within two hours.

And thank you! I'm lucky she's so healthy :) She actually gained 3 1/2 oz overnight! She's a great eater, that's for sure.
