Crystal Light?

Hi Girls,

Anyone drink Crystal Light during their pregnancy?  It has Splenda and in it and I am just a little curious whether it just might be the answer to my prayers.  I am not drinking enough water and I need to find a way to ways to get in more fluids without adding more sugar.  I don't like tea so even iced-tea doesn't work for me.

LOVE Crystal Light (favorite flavor is pomagranite lemonade)! Also Sobe Lifewater Zero has some good flavors.

Yep. it was pretty much all I could drink in the first trimester. Baby turned out just fine, no extra eyes or anything.

Crystal light is coming out of my pores. I've been drinking it my whole pregnancy. My favorite flavors are Rasberry Lemonade and Fruit Punch...

If you're asking about CL just because it may/may not have Splenda in it - check out 4C brand of the same thing.  I saw your 2nd post saying that you looked online and some CL has Splenda, some as asparatame...4C is only splenda to the best of my knowledge.  That said, taste wise, I prefer CL.  4C lemonade is very tart and I need a little sweeter to be able to drink it...but if you're looking for something with Splenda, check it out.
