Just how easy is it to get pregnant after surgery?

Dearheart, unprotected sex several times a day for several weeks is not a mistake.  One time may be a mistake, and a careless one at that.  Use protection.  That's my input.

I am a big fan of the Paragard IUD. No hormones to mess with. Stays in place unti you are ready to start a family.
