High blood sugar??

I was staarted on insulin immediatly after I found out I was pregnant - my endo is very strict and likes AM blood sugars below 90 .  Anyways, so I ahve been on my metformin and 12 units of insulin this whole pregnancy and my AM BS's have been perfect, between 72 and 90 depending on how I eat thte night before.  Last nite I did the same thing as always and ate the same way, ate a snack before bed..I woke up about an hour after I fell asleep and felt like I was going to vomitt..so I took my blood sugar and it was 330!!  I took it againa dn it read just a hair lower.  Then this morning my BS was 114...I am having my c-section this thursady so I am not all that concerned..it is just so random adn odd..any of you ahve this happen with a huge spike at the very end of pregnancy??  Thanks!
