High Pulse Rate
I have been having trouble with my pulse the last month or so, but it was always normal at my check ups. Well the last two visits my pulse has been 120 and the Dr seems a little concerned but said he would just keep an eye on it but if it continues I may have to wear a heart monitor to keep a closer eye on it.
I notice it more after I eat, but it does make breathing a little more work & leaves me feeling drained. Has anyone else ever heard of this or experienced anything like it?

It sounds like mild dumping (if there is such a thing) and I experience it after eating as well...usually within an hour and only since I started adding carbs into my diet for baby. For me, it seems to happen most when I have a certain combination of complex carbs and sugar...for example, a bowl of cereal does it every time (even the healthy ones). I've reduced the frequency of it happening by eating very small meals several times throughout the day and I take up to 2 hours eating larger meals...kind of grazing.
ETA: My heart rate is always around 75 when I go to the doc, but because of wait times, I've never gone in right after a meal, but when I'm at home, I can feel the slight palpatations...similar to a panic attack like you describe.
