Protein Drinks Question
I will let you know. As far as the weigh loss, I decided to do a modified pouch test allowing myself higher calories still and I have lost 4 pounds just from day 1. I am hoping to get down to pre pregnancy weight by July. Since the Nut told me no high pace workouts while breast feeding. I am doing Zumba, but not every day though, not quit the INSANITY workout I was doing before she told me to stop after only one week
