Thank you Pirate_Mommy! So are so right. There are so many emotions. I know that it helps that we already have an established relationship. I have been around other family member during their pregnancies but this is totally different.

I have three biological children that I carried in my womb and two bonus kids that I got when I married my husband. I love them as much as my own kids. Love doesn't happen because they were or were not carried in my womb- they are ALL my kids, as this baby will be yours too.
