Just had to say, I looove my new life!  I had surgery November 8, 2010, the week before surgery I was 440 pounds, as of today I am 230 pounds!  I am 5'10" so I look like I am 180 pounds!  This is amazing.  I fit into a size 14 pants at Nordstrom and feel great.  My only problem is all this excess skin.  Its really very ugly.  I want to wait until I am 2 years out and have had a baby before I think about most of the procedures.

Anyone have any suggestions with the skin problem?  My chest is almost non existent, but my booty looks GREAT!

OMG you have done fabulous. My only suggestion is to invest in some good shapewear.

First off.....  CONGRATS  you have done a wonderful job.  I am soooooo impressed.

I agree, good shapewear is probably your best option at this point.

love my Spanx and VS bras!  I just roll my pancake boobs into that nice foam cup....and voila!  I have boobs!

Spanx smooshes my skin into a nice J Lo booty!

What are VS bras?  I have a feeling that I'm goingo to need them.

I'm thinking Victoria's Secret. Their pushup bras are NO JOKE!!!!

Yup-Victoria''s Secret...I have to wear the "full coverage" bra, but the cups are made of foam so they shape the "goo" of my boobs to at least appear to be boobs!

First, CONGRATS on the loss!! Second, I second the mention of VS bras - with bigger boobs or band widths, they kinda suck, but for pushing things up against gravity they are awesome! If you'd want to invest in a corset, Fredericks of Hollywood is great. It may not help with the panni, but would certainly whittle the extra upper abdominal stuff..... And maybe start saving up for a PS fund! Or play the lotto - that's my plan of PS.

My biggest concern is getting back into my jewelry and now that my clavicle is bony again my chains and things look great. My rings and bracelets also fit now.
My boobs........ remember Audrey Hepburn? Yep, me too but I always loved her style and I'm perfectly okay with it. The thing is that I have 50 more pounds to lose so I'm sure that I'm going to be a skeleton is a couple of months. Color me happy.
