I'm 7 days out so still in the 2 week all liquid so I'm wondering if I can have vegetable juice? 50 calories 10 carbs 8 sugar 2 protein per serving it seems ok as a once a day treat maybe. So does anyone know?

It seems like different surgeons have different plans so you might wanna check with your doc or dietician.

Im 2 weeks out and have been having the v8 fusion lite, only about a cup or less a day. Sometimes I blend it with homemade yougart, soooooo good!  My doctor approves of the v8 lt. Hope you are doing well, this is a tough beginning for both of us, we can do it! (I have to keep telling myself that)

I second what Kelly says above.

But it was allowed for me. I had about a half cup a day during my liquids phase.

It was permitted for me with no retairction on amount.  Jus****ch how much you drink, though, if you are watching the scale like a hawk... Because the high amount of sodium in it might cause you to retain water and "gain" weight. If you're not a scale-obsessor... Enjoy!

I love it and drank it. I did buy the low sodium version though.

I love it, and I drink it.  I get the low sodium one, it's 30 calories for a small can.  It has 700mg of potassium, as well.

If you can get the thumbs up for it, the low sodium will probably recommended. The V8 fusion was not recommended on my list probably because of the sugar content.
