and some good news!
I am one month out and went to my PCP today.... and the good news? I'm done 47 pounds and after NOT taking my blood pressure meds for the last month my pressure was 117 / 60! YAY!!!! No more blood pressure meds... that's 3 less pills I have to take after only a month!
