What are you most proud of...
Stand happily for 4.5 hours a day
Walk 5 miles one day, kayak 5 miles the next, then the next day hike several miles in one of the hardest ranked hiking trails in the state.
Buy something off-the-rack in a store and know it will fit
Not be the one holding up the rest of the party when something strenuous is done

Well I am only 5 weeks out but I no longer have to take medication for diabetes or blood pressure. I have been on meds for many many years and am so happy to be off. So many great things are to come and I am so happy to be on this journey.

Even though I wasn't MO for very long - I have maintained my weight for 8 years and am waaay healthier at nearly 50 (next month) than I was at 41!
I eat well, exercise well and feel great! I have a lively nearly 9 year old with autism and I can keep up with whatever he throws at me.

Like Sin Kim, I turn 50 next month (1962 was clearly a very good year, LOL) and what I am most proud of is not a particular thing that I can do (I am still not especially active because of a knee that needs replaced), but of maintaining my weight loss (in my case for 5 years) and being healthier than I have been in many, many years.
I do love that I can once again ride any amusement park ride that I want to, though (I love rollercoasters!)... So that is probably the thing I can now do that has the highest "fun factor".

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I'm proud of several achievements so far:
I'm proud that I can confidently wear a swimsuit in public.
I'm proud that I can fully participate in Crossfit.
I'm proud that I can set a healthy example for my children.
I'm proud that when my husband takes me to an Army ball, he won't have to be embarassed by the chick who looked like the Michelin Man in a gown. (not that he ever was. Husband has always been supportive and unconditionally loving. But now I KNOW he won't be embarassed)
