 Yay Friday!

Today's eats:
24 oz water before work.
B - Oikos (out of Fage and had to make a quick grab), frozen fruit, splenda
s - hot decaf green tea, splenda.  48 oz water minimum before lunch.
L - taco casserole, unless I leave work early and clock out no lunch.  Then it'll be Chick-fil-a diet lemonade followed by grilled nuggets and a med fruit cup.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - probably eat out mexican or BBQ.  Mexican would be chicken fajita meat and charro beans with a tsp of sour cream and 2 tsp guac.  BBQ would be smoked turkey breast (no sauce) with a side of cauliflower broccoli salad, and some onions, jalapenos, pickles.  Yum!
s - I probably won't need one!

Today's dos:

Probably no workout.  Taking my daughter to the bank to open a checking account.  She got her first real official not under the table paycheck of $160 for two weeks work.  Kinda speaks on the benefits of her getting a college education, huh!  Anyway, after that I'm going to hit a few thrift stores looking for some nice jeans in a size 28 for my son, who has outgrown ALL his clothes from last year.  Tomorrow though I'm hitting the yoga mat with a vengeance!

Made it to the gym...6 days in a row. That's a lot for me. Rain this morning and my back injury was not doing to well.....So I slowed down my pace and cut my time from 45 to 30 minutes. But I went and I did it. Thought I might fall down the stairs leaving but did 30 min. Recovering and puttering about the house, no one is home today and that is very rare.

 B: granola bar

 L: beef and brocolli

D: Kids want sloppy joes, so maybe chicken with peppers and squash for me and my sweety

S: lots of coffee maybe something else later tonight

Tomorrow we are visiting friends that are camping and will cook out with them...Buffalo chicken sausages sound very good to me

Happy Friday
