Congratulations on making goal. I know what you mean. I'm 15 under goal and have had to increase my calories top stop losing. I know that this will stop shortly as the malabsorbtion stops. . It is a life long commitment. Have to watch the food intake all the time. ... coagulations once again. You should be proud of yourself!

How far out are you? DH and I were advised to lose 10% extra than our goal because there is often a level of regain as you adjust when the malabsorption ends.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
