Upcal D
I read a post a few weeks back but can't seem to locate it again, regarding Upcal D's nutritional information being slightly "off". Can anyone confirm or dispel this? I have a box of packets that I bought and am about to run out of my BA Chewy Bites 500 (was hoping to switch to the Upcal D completely). Are we getting a full 500mg calcium + D3 per serving? I've never seen it sold in pharmacies before or GNC/Vitamin Shoppe where I am, so now I'm wondering if this is a trustworthy brand or not? Can I switch completely to Upcal D to meet my calcium/D3 requirements (in addition to taking 50,000 iu dry D3 once a week of course)? Thanks
No, it's not off. Each serving is 500 mg elemental calcium from citrate, which is exactly what we need.

A number of years ago, their labeling was confusing, but they have long since corrected the issue. (Someone recently read a post here that was like 5 years old and raised the question.) You are, indeed, getting 500mg per scoop.
Yes, if you want to get all of your calcium from the Upcal D, you can switch to three or 4 doses of that per day.
