QOTD: My weight loss journey has transformed my health from poor to excellent and therefore has changed and extended my life!
Accountability: I'm doing CAMAW with a couple exceptions*. Yesterday: Protein - 72, Calories - 1,139, Carbs - 105.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana (I have one ripe banana that I need to use up).
L: *will not be CAMAW because I am eating at a friend's house and will eat whatever she serves me.
D: hamburger patty with melted cheese on top, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, cottage cheese"
E: horseback riding

qotd - this is a deep one and I'm not sure I have an answer but it ties in with a question my cousin asked me recently that has been in the front of my mind. I feel like I need to spend a bit of time in self reflection soon!
Accountability - day 1 of CAMAW completed successfully!! It was a bit higher calorie due to the burger but still on point. I've lost my 2.5 lbs of vacation gain so I'm on track again!

coffee and half and half in the morning, tea in the afternoon for 100 oz fluids
b - 3.1 ham and tillamook cheese square
l - 3.1 oz deli roast beef
d - 3.1 oz deli ham
ES - hazelnut decaf with 2 oz vanilla premier
(when I did my meal prep this weekend and separated lunch meat, 3 slices equaled 3.1 vs 3 oz that?s why it?s a consistently odd amount!)
696 calories, 79 protein, 10 carbs
pilates center and balance class tonight at 7

It's a lower key class -- a bit of footwork on the reformer for cardio but then a lot of stretching, toning and things on the bosu or other balance tools -- like stand with your legs straight, feet touching and close your eyes -- how long until you over balance? I like it as a gentler work out and I think it's helping a bit as my body changes and I learn how to take up different space in the world.
