Good morning, everyone!

We are down to the orange vegetables: turnip, butternut squash and sweet potatoes. Although, Marilyn usually throws everything away today. I'm not sure anything will be around when I get home this evening.

Jennifer, a Bariatric appointment on the Monday after Thanksgiving is a tough draw. I have an Endocrinologist on New Year's Eve, so I can sympathize with you.

With the late Thanksgiving, we are way behind schedule for Christmas and we have a busy weekend ahead. We will have to find time to shop and decorate.

QOTD: Great weekend, picked DD and her boyfriend up on Wednesday, Road Race Thanksgiving morning and a dinner with all children out of their rooms.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: catered

Dinner: something and orange veggies

Have a great day, all!

Thanksgiving was wonderful. I enjoyed all of the food and all of the kids. There were four little boys from 4 - 7. They were playing with building tiles. They would build a tower and stand back to admire it and then another boy would kick it over. One time they started throwing punches. I thought it was funny and enjoyed watching them. Kids have so much energy.

I put the last of the leftovers in the garbage yesterday. I do a live tree and will get that done this week. I love the real tree but worry about keeping it too long and it drying out. It is cold here and I have the heavy jacket and gloves out. I bought some battery operated socks to sleep in and love them.

I spent yesterday ordering Christmas presents. I like shopping that way. Life has become so relaxed and easy. I have been struggling for months with poor appetite and weight loss. But my appetite is back and I am up eight pounds. So back to being careful not to gain more. Amazing how quick weight can come back.

Have a great day.

Morning gang. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. We had a great time, but we're crazy busy. Most of the house us put back together, but we've still got china and some other stuff to put away. I think the leftovers are gone, which is good, because I ate way too much. Time to get back on the wagon.

We put the Christmas tree up, which is nice. It would probably have been up sooner, but we wouldn't have had room with all the guests coming.

It's cold here too. It will be down in the teens every night, and I think the highest daytime temp this week will be 41.

Good Morning on the first Monday of the new month that is the last month of this year! Thank you for starting us off and I hope your appt goes well. The weekend went by fast but I spent some time with Em on Saturday (we got the tree up and had pedicures) so I am trying to be ready for the busy week ahead.

QOTD: It was quiet, Em came after she got off work for the "feast" so it was a little late for our typical Thanksgiving dinner but I'm grateful she was able to come by.

First off, congrats on the weight loss?that?s such an incredible milestone, and I can imagine how satisfying it must have felt to hear the saleswoman notice your progress! I?ve had a similar experience when buying a car, and it?s such a confidence boost when people notice changes you?ve worked so hard for.

When I was shopping for my car earlier this year, I had a tough time deciding too. I ended up going with a hatchback because it was the perfect size for me, but getting to that decision was tricky. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal, so I spent a lot of time comparing prices and exploring my options.

Using https://www.a1autotransport.com/the-best-sites-to-find-new-c ar-price-quotes/ was a game-changer for me. It helped me find price ranges I hadn't seen at the dealerships, which made negotiations a lot easier.

Happy Birthday Chrissy. Have a great party.

I don't really need anything. I usually buy myself something that is a bit of a luxury. I will have to think about it.

Christmas for us is mostly about food. We were making plans yesterday for the Christmas Eve dinner. I gained three pounds yesterday. Probably should not have gotten on that scale last night, but everything was delicious.

Good morning Menuers,

I am guessing most are off today, but I am up and running. I need to be here at the office till noon, so I took time to get my office decorated for Christmas. Now I am just sitting here because all of my customers have the day off. After I am done here, I will head to my Mammogram appointment. I need to get home after that and take down all the fall decorations. I am leaving up all my Steelers stuff for my party for the game on Sunday. I will not start decoration at home till next week. Tomorrow, I have a Christmas party and Sunday is my birthday bash. I just wish I had Monday off.

QOTD: What do you want for Christmas. This is so hard for me because I really want for nothing. I am going to go look for a new winter coat if I find some time today but other than that I do not need anything. So I guess if you had to buy me something I will take and Aldi Gift card since I am there so often.

Accountability: Not bad except for the couple bourbons after the meal was cook my guest had eaten and I had the dishes done.
