That looks like my bear. Last night it was raccoons running through my yard, at least 2 possibly 3. Almost all of the intruders are animals.

I woke to my back aching so I sat in my recliner for a while with the heating pad. I got the job finished that I was working on, so I accomplished something.

QOTD- I used to use my Fitbit but I haven't tracked for a while. I need to get back into the habit.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning y'all.

Not a lot happening today. My mom is just off her rocker the past few days. I am so stressed out it's not even funny. I don't even know what to do anymore. Anyways...

I hope to be able to be home for a bit today. I need to finish my closet.

QOTD: I use Lose It! The premium price is reasonable for features bigger names offer too. It's not perfect but for the price I love it. When I try others I always go back to it.

B: eggs, cheese and coffee + a damned raisin oatmeal cookie.

L: likely some ham and raw broccoli

D: ???

Good Friday Morning Gang. We had to take boiler 1 down late yesterday afternoon due to an external boiler tube leak. They made the repairs overnight and we are starting it back up now. I'll be working on the chairs again today only got a few done as I kept getting interrupted with things. Not much else going on that I'm aware of.

We might be going to watch Mason practice football tonight and possibly go watch his game tomorrow. Plans for the weekend are finishing the baby rabbits cage to move them from their mom's, break down some more of the garden, and of course watch some football on Sunday. The 49'ers and Rams was a good game last night.

QOTD: For those of you who track your meals, exercise, etc. what do you use? When I first had WLS I had a nice tracking booklet that I use for a good year. Then I moved to Myfitnesspal which I used for a while. Now when I do track (which is something I really need to back to doing) I use my Fitbit.

B: coffee and Protein shake

L: bok choy soup

D: eggplant rollups with ricotta cheese

No Y tonight. But I did hit the treadmill in the basement for 20 minutes this morning.

Have a great day and weekend everyone!!

I'll second the recommendation to ask them about Contrave or the generic form which is Bupropion and Naltrexone. In the first 24 hours it was like a switch was flipped in my brain that shut off the food noise, improved my mood and my outlook on life to include feeling hope again after so many years living with regain. It does have a lot of unpleasant but temporary side effects, I gritted my teeth and am now down 51 pounds since May. This was the first time I really logged like you are doing and am counting macros.

Hope you'll get some help at the clinic to find something else to try that will work for you. Please come back and let us know what you decide to do.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your fall and the painful injuries. Glad you have a recliner to get some rest in without as much pain as the bed causes. Have you tried Arnica products before? The surgeon who did my sinus gave me the pill form, which I'd never heard of...just the gel. Amazon has both forms. First time I used it was for bruising after breast reduction surgery...the lipo that Dr. did made it feel and look like a baseball bat beating. Arnica gel really healed the bruises faster than he'd ever seen. Sure hope that is a product you aren't allergic to as it is considered a natural homeopathic remedy.

Hope whatever methods you can find comfort from will help the healing time pass quickly.

What kind of buttons are you looking for? I have all sorts of stuff in my office including a bag of assorted buttons. Some of them are unusual. If you want them I'll send them to you just pm me you're address.

Hi, Happy Thursday! Cool and overcast here. Forecast says we'll have a light frost by Sunday evening. That will bring on the rest of the Autumn colors. Yay! Hope your heatwave isn't too hot. I love pulling out all the cozy clothes for this time of year but now, they don't fit haha.

QOTD: I used to but now with losing weight again I'm cold almost all the time (except for hot flashes). Hubby's preference is to have the bedroom window open all year except snow season.

B: Splurge! 2 cups of coffee (1 was decaf) with 2 T half and half in each cup. It tasted so delicious!

L: FF, SF Greek Yogurt with 1 scoop of Syntrax 'Fuzzy Navel' protein mixed in. Also delicious!

D: I'll make myself eat a repeat of last night's dinner (the sorta-soup of roast beef bits w/veggies) and plan for the evening food noise which has come back.

Back to the sewing room to work at getting it all cleared to sew some new clothes.

Oh no Julia. How did you fall down the stairs? You didn't break or fracture a rib also right? That could cause your chest to hurt.

Irvin has two compression fractures in his lower back and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about them. He can't have narcotic pain meds either as they make him sick. That was in 2017 and he has good days and bad days, but he just keeps trucking along. I hope you find something that gives you some relief.

Maybe ask them about Contrave it's a pill. I've been on Lomaira and Topiramate for over a year and at first they worked really well, but lately they haven't been as helpful so when I go in November I'm going to ask about Contrave. I will say I have lost 35 lbs and kept it off, but seem to be stuck.
