Congratulations on your surgiversary! That was 11 years of hard work you put in so celebrate it and enjoy your good health.

Happy Monday! Glad you got to go picking blueberry picking finally. It is nearly bend-over peach season here in our agri-tourism area (Greenbluff, Wa) and they will be yummy. Worth every carb. Are you planning any great desserts with the blueberries and peaches?
All your meal pics looked so delicious. Really good seafood here isn't actually fresh unless you're a millionaire and can have it flown over from the coast.
QOTD: Well I presume the yacht comes with a staff, that does sound attractive but I have to go with a tow-behind camper. That's the vacations I grew up on and I can visualize going with Hubby where he could fish and I could sit inside with my Singer Featherweight and sew, sew, sew with the fresh air wafting or snug inside during a snowstorm. He's outdoorsy and I'm indoorsy...I can see it working!
Had a colonoscopy again this morning and so ticked that I finally had the chance to get to know my true weight without...you know. But they have their process so streamlined that they only ask what it is and take your word for it! lol Now just to wait for the test results which will most likely be good since the dr. said I could wait for 5 years for the next one. That beats the previous timelines they had me on by a mile.
B: The delicious other half of the GaviLyte prep and some water
L: 5 green beans, tried to eat some healthy chicken salad but only managed about a tablespoon.
D: Maybe a Fairlife shake and some chicken broth that I didn't drink over the weekend. Just not hungry today.
Heat advisory today and tomorrow 97/98. It will be perfect for the funeral Friday-- 80 and a few showers.
Tomorrow will be back to my normal protein shake to start the day. It is so much easier to diet in the summer when I can have that giant frosty shake and fresh veggies from the garden.
Enjoy your day, everybody. I'm going to take a nap!

THANK YOU! Whoever says this is the "easy way out", they just don't know the day-to-day reality it is for some of us.
11 years and still going strong! Congrats!!

Congrats on the scale victory! I hope all goes well with the tooth extraction tomorrow.
Good Morning! Monday we meet again. Your meal looks yummy!I had a good weekend, spent Friday evening at Em's apartment since her cat was still recovering from her teeth removal surgery we took dinner and just hung out for a bit. We took a drive Saturday and had lunch at a BBQ that was just ok and we did spend some time over the weekend binge watching a docuseries called Naming the Dead-it was very interesting and I thought about how neat it could be to volunteer for the Doe Project.
Today is my 11 year surgiversary! Wow time flies that's for sure. It just doesn't seem that long ago but also it feels like a lifetime ago.
My menu today is typical fare for during the day and for dinner small BBQ burger, no bun with some carrots, protein ice cream with banana on top and probably a slice of toast. Exercise done, water and vits on track.
I hope the start to this week is great for all!
Good morning all and Happy Monday,
It's been warm. I like AC and breezy nights and they have been abundant.
Saw Naked Gun and it was as stupid and enjoyable as expected.
Went to Lincoln Park zoo, green city farmers market and North Ave Beach Saturday. Saturday night, I went to a rooftop party for a friend's 50th. It was... Interesting.
QOTD- I wanna be a yachtboy.
B: Lox and cream cheese on a tomato.
L: barbacoa hand pie, salad.
D: Rotisserie Chicken and BBQ sauce, donut peach and Rainier cherries, green beans.

"I wonder if pizza thinks about me, too."
Good morning, everyone!
Back to work, this morning. I'm taking Friday off, so hopefully it will be a short week. Today is also my second to last swim class, so I drove into the city.
I hopped on the scale this morning and checked my weight. I'm a pretty infrequent weigher. I respect the people that do it every day, but I just find it too stressful. I was about 5 pounds less than my ticker weight.
Tomorrow is my extraction, so still on soft foods.
QOTD: yacht.
Breakfast: English muffin
Lunch: catered
Dinner: pasta
Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all.
Riley stayed the night last night so she is just getting up. I swear those kids fight like cats and dogs. :::eye roll:::
we were going to go to the lake but the weather is not ideal so we'll do that this weekend most likely. We're going to run and get the other kids and run to Walmart. Need to figure out what we'll feed em.
I'm in a super amount of pain right now. Really nothing new but some days it gets to me.
QOTD: neither really LOL
B:protein bar and coffee
L: ???? Maybe a chicken breast
D: L??
