Your ferritin is dangerously low. Mine was as low as 4 once and no matter what I did all I wanted to do was sleep. I felt exhausted all the time. Yes the infusions suck, but they help so much. When I was dealing with low iron and ferritin I had to go to an hematologist every 3 months to be checked.

Don't wait any longer get those infusions done to start feeling better and figure out which iron supplement works best for you to help keep the numbers up.

Thanks for replying. I'll check it out. I just replied but I don't think it went through. I was just saying I'm afraid of infusions but I feel like it's the best for me at this point.

Thanks for your reply. I'll check it out. I don't really know much about the numbers, but they look really bad when I look at them in graph form on the labcorp app.

iron binding 547 high

UIBC 523 high

Iron 24 low

iron saturation 4% critical alert

ferritin 6 low

transferrin 417 high

hemoglobin 11.8 in range, barely

MCH 23.0 low

MCHC 27.8 low

RDW 20.4 high

platelets 504 high

RBC & WBC are 5.13 and 8.9 and both in range.

I'm afraid of an infusion, but I feel like it's my only choice at this point.

Exercise and protein are great but the secret of losing will always be to reduce calories.

I got the Clariton out yesterday and took one. Allergy season is definitely starting here.

I am a Taurus, the Bull and I fit the description of being ambitious and avoiding drama. Someday I am going to get a reading from a dedicated astrologer, just for the fun of it.

Good mornin y'all.

It's been an eventful morning. Cat tries to attack cat, dog barks at cat, cat's brother attacks dog who then goes slightly after it. Yay.

My PCO is out for three weeks on vacation so I assumed it'd be until he gets back to get this BS thing fixed. I got a call yesterday from the diabetes educator and have an appointment this morning with her. We're going to try and figure something out with a different provider in the mean time. So relieved!

we have to get groceries today. Momma was spayed yesterday and I feel horrible about getting it done while she was pregnant. I cried a lot yesterday over it. I know it's for the best but dang it...it's hard. She must've been the last one spayed because she was very very disoriented. She's better today. Still a bit fuzzy but still purring and asking for pets.

i'm a blank on the QOTD too

B: oatmeal protein cookie bites.and coffee

L: ????

D: also ????

Good morning gang. This is going to be quick as I am now helping with the Fall inventory instead of being in the scale house. Not much else going on. The Benadryl really helped with my eye and nose thankfully. Two of the grandkids came over yesterday and they got to see the baby bunnies and then helped me crush up some herbs for the chicken I was making for chicken salad while their dad helped his dad figure out what sensor is acting up on the Jeep.

QOTD: If someone has a question feel free to post it as I can't think of anything right now.

B: coffee and 2 egg omelet with cheese and spinach

L: Yankee pot roast with mashed potatoes

D: chicken salad over a toss salad

Hitting the Y again tonight.

Have a great day everyone!!
