It's FRIYAY! I plan to leave around lunch today and start my weekend a bit early. I need to get some new running shoes this weekend hopefully and I plan to squeeze in a pedicure. We should have a relaxing weekend for the most part.
QOTD: I think I'd go with Sweden.
Menu today is typical during the day and I haven't decided on dinner yet. Exercise is done and water and vits are on track.
I hope everyone has a great day and weekend.

Good mornin y'all!
I am exhausted today. We had a flooding rain yesterday into this morning. Lots of people needed high water rescues. Same places every time and people do not listen to the turn around don't drown on the roads. We're going out with my aunt for my mom's birthday today. I made sesame chicken last night and it was so good. No rice for me. I did have an egg roll so calories were a bit high. Not sure where we're going for lunch.
I am in a lot of pain but I'll grin and bear it. I'm pilled up and ready to go. We'll be going to the thrift stores and maybe Burlington.
QOTD: the Rocky Mountain train tour or Alaska. There is another one in Mexico that goes from the north all the way to somewhere around the southern coast.
B: protein bar and coffee
L: ????
D: probably left over sesame chicken.
have a great Friday y'all!
The last one is a dangly I got for my purse. It's silicone. Miss Mona is in there too from day before yesterday.
Good Friday Morning Gang. Not much going on today at work. I woke up with a headache for some reason it might be allergies as I was sneezing last night. Irvin went to the racetrack last night for the grandkids last race class and they have their official race on Saturday. Other than that I don't think there is much going on this weekend except for the typical yard stuff and of course playing with baby goats. LOL
QOTD: If you were offered an all-expense paid train vacation where would you go? I would love to take a train vacation through Romania and Transylvania. The scenery would be wild to say the least and maybe get a glimpse of Count Dracula's castle.
B: tea and scrambled eggs
L: ham and cheddar wrap
D: baked fish kale salad
Swimming at the Y.
Have a great Friday and Weekend everyone!!
Mia and Mason in their race cars.
I would have been crying with that GS owner.
Great news on the scans getting approved.
My mom had a dog that she thought was welcome anywhere. She was always bringing it to my house and I could not say No to her. When I newly married I always had my cat in the car so I guess I got paid back.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Hope you get the time off you deserve. Good luck.

HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
QOTD- I use Fairlife milk. I use it in my mocha, but I don't actually drink it straight. I didn't figure out I was lactose intolerant until after my surgery. The premier protein shakes were all milk protein and I was in misery. Now that I know I can take lacktaid pills and still have dairy. I used to do soy but after my breast cancer the doctors said I should probably pass on it, since it has plant estrogens in it. I tried Macadamia nut milk, but it just didn't have enough protein in it.
My brother and his wife are coming to my Moms this weekend. Unfortunately I'm not exactly thrilled, either is my Mom. She has appointments scheduled, so will have to be gone. And he brings his dogs that are a pain.
Have a great day everyone!

Hold that head up proudly that you have maintained for another year! You are amazing and it's no easy task.
Good Morning! I am hoping to make the most of this Friday Eve. I am contimplating asking to either WFH tomorrow or leave 1/2 day. I am burnt out and could use a little bit of a break and we are mid cycle so the team should be ok if I am not here. I think it's great that you trying to get your company to support more people using the Y and just being more active in general.
QOTD: I use Fairlife at home and almond when out and about.
Today the menu is the same as yesteray finishing up the last of the chorizo. I did bring in a handful of salt/pepper pistacios that Em gave me a few weeks ago- they are so yummy! Exercise is done and water/vits are on their way.
Today is a great day to have a great day!
