That dog meme is 110% Meisha. A darn bomb could go off and nothing but snoring from her but open the pork rind bag or cheese draw and she teleports from wherever she is to right behind you. I can't tell you how many times I've almost tripped over her when I turn around. LOL
Good morning, everyone!
The concert was fun. Chrissy saw Peter Frampton in 1976, when he was at the height of his stardom: blond locks, muscles, sold out football stadiums, etc. Now he is 75 and showed the audience pictures of his service dog and grandchildren. But he is still a terrific guitar player.
We got home at 11:15, but I didn't sleep well. I have a client that is driving me crazy!! They don't want to pay for service, fine that is there right. But they won't go away either. Keep wanting to schedule calls to try and get free advice. Anyway I slept terribly and 5:00 swimming alarm came quick. I feel better after swimming.
QOTD: I'm intending a really short day this morning, 3:30 CrossFit and hopefully get my lifting platform disassembled for the moving truck. Tomorrow night we are going to dinner to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant has this wine, called Sine Qua None, that I have been wanting to try. Sunday we will go to Mass and have lamb lollipops.
Breakfast: bagel
Lunch: hot dog
Dinner : Chicken Piccata
Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all.
It's been a busy week. Phew am I glad it's almost over. Though next week will be no fun either. Today we have to get the car serviced and we're going out with my aunt. Not particularly looking forward to it but it's just because I'm so tired. My bloodwork yesterday still shows my anemia is pretty bad. My shoulder has been having me feeling down. But it's just something I'll have to deal with. I see my case manager again next week and I'm going to see about switching providers for the mental health stuff.
QOTD: my brother and his family are coming over. We're going to do roast the night before and do chopped beef sandwiches. My nieces and nephew are very very picky. They like the roast the way we fix it. My nephew doesn't likes pies, cakes or much of anything else I make in way of dessert. They are frustrating. I'm going to make a brownie and may make pudding of some sort. Maybe a trifle. That means I get to clean a bit more in prep, not a lot but it's kind of hard on me.
B: egg, turkey sausage, cheese, yogurt and coffee
L: we're eating out and they want Burger King. I'll get one of their wraps. 290 calories is better than their burgers. No fries.
D: no clue right now.
Good Friday morning. Today should be an easy day at work and hopefully we will be getting out a little early due to it being Good Friday and Easter weekend. I have to get my grocery list together so on my way home later I can stop and get everything I need for Easter. We are going to one of my stepson's house for dinner and I offered to make a turkey, a couple of quiches and a lemon raspberry trifle. They are making lamb and ham, but with almost 30 people going they liked the idea of having a turkey also that way there is a variety of proteins.
QOTD: What's everyone's plan for Easter? Usually, Irvin and I just stay home, and I make lamb with some sides, but this year we were invited to one of his twin boy's house for dinner. Bob and his wife Adrianna just finished redoing their kitchen and dining room, so they wanted to host Easter dinner for the family. They will be having an egg hunt for the kids and Adrianna has all sorts of fun things planned for the adults. We're both excited to go.
B: coffee and breakfast wrap
L: leftover beef and broccoli
D: baked cod and asparagus
30 minutes on the treadmill

I lost 30 pounds during the pandemic. Took about two years but it has stayed off. It was about changing my mindset and staying very motivated. Congratulations on your loss.
