these are the egg bites i make! They are super easy and basic so you can do about anything with them.
i made the egg white bake...spinach, onions, garlic and green pepper. So good!

If it makes you feel any better I was 100% on point until covid and then it all fell apart. I still can't get it together

I never dumped but did get reactive hypoglycemia around year 3 that progressively is getting worse.

I'll find the link! It's really easy and I do 2 of the silicone cup pans

Where can I get this egg beater casserole recipe? I have some and this sounds perfect for work lunches!

I was treated at UIC many years ago and had a horrible experience with the same things....and many more.
i would never go back given the choice

Does it help with psoriasis? Did you just give up eating them as a meal or even in recipes?

Well, clean was in "s because it's the acceptable/recognizable term for the move I'm considering making.
I am not sure about giving up meat. One thing i need post op is more protein then most or I get disoriented and sluggish to the point i slur my words and fall asleep. But I am open because inflammation is one thing I need relief from!

Anyone here add clean eating in addition to their program? I'm thinking i need to try it to see if It helps other(non surgery related) health issues I have. It seems so daunting to add what you can't have eating to clean to what we already need to avoid.

Had to edit for typos....sorry. My eyesight is horrible post covid And I'm waiting on new glasses!

I measure everything. My nose runs when when I?m over eat. I also, when in doubt, intentionally under eat because I know I can eat later. One day i might eat more than others

how do i know how to cook in it?
i mostly have precooked meats and then Inhave some white fish fillets I want to do. And maybe veggies?

I actually gained weight when i had no taste from
Covid because you can never "scratch the itch"

I am a long hauler too(just at a year and still being treated for symptoms). The second dose of Pfizer gave me back sense of smell and tasted within a day. Studies have shown it helps about half of long haulers with symptoms

I only bought the plain ones. I wasn't sure because i was freezing them. Next time ill
mixnit up

I work in manufacturing that involves vehicles and it is truly a microchip that costs maybe $1 that is holding them up. It's ridiculous!!! Our manufacturers are already telling us they aren't taking orders until Q1 of 2023...

I love the street tacos! I eat them al the time. They freeze really well and last a long time. They are small but that works for me. I also use them as a "bun" to hold together a burger sometimes.

Thank you everyone! I have started being "saucier" and that seems to have helped. I do warm Up in my skillet when i can, i don't have an air fryer so that's out.
trying the turkey meatloaf after thanksgiving!!!

I wish they had those in slides! I only wear Vans but slides exclusively

I am Willing to try anything at this point. I've been having severe brain fog and we think we've narrowed it down to extremely low protein (my requirements post op are higher than most)

For those of you who struggle with leftover meat consistency/dryness what have you found works best for you? I just don't always have the time to make fresh especially because i need it for lunch at work.
looking for ideas of specific recipes. I don't tolerate plain eggs, dark meat or super fatty meats(you can see the problem).
