I have a bipap and wondering how the machine is used post operation for any of you who have gone through this with a cpap or bipap. Specifically, right after surgery while still in the hospital. Thanks, Jim

When I had my revision they made me bring my CPAP with me. They were suppose to put on me in the recovery room but never did. I did use in the hospital at night. The Dr. suggested that my head be raised up in recovery so that helps too.

I had to bring my bipap with me to the hospital and a tech from respitory therepy came by each evening to hook me up. No big deal.

Hello Jim, I just recently had WLS and they put my CPAP on while I was in recovery. They even hooked the oxygen into the CPAP. Mike
