20 days out any EXCERCISE suggestions?

 Ok I ve bee walking pretty much every day for 40 to 1 hour a day But what excercise have u all done that work ? I was just told yesterday i can workout now

I've been doing water arobics.  Today I also got on the eliptical.  I also work out on my

I do boot camp. Lots do Zumba. Basically you should try a lot of different things and figure out what you love - what you look forward to (for me it took a while to LOVE it - b/c there was so much I couldn't do) - but I always loved how I felt after I made it through a workout. Great idea to get suggestions on what to try!

I do bellydancing workouts off the web and Zumba! I love to dance! Also hiking a lot and riding bike!
