Happy Independence Day everyone!!  Another day off for me...can I just say I'll be glad to get back to work tomorrow!!  I have so much MORE structure at work...so today we shall see what's going on.

LastNightDinner:  Baja Seasonsed Mahi Mahi; Salad
LastNightSnack:  More Mahi Mahi

B:  So far just coffee =)
S:  1 Egg Omelete
From 2pm until 8pm

1/4 cup sprite (a little heartburn)

2 tbsp peanut butter

Water:  14 cups water; 2 cups apple "crystal light"
Vitamins:  All Done

Breakfast - unjury vanilla shake w/ 1 tsp. peanut butter and a little banana flavoring.
Lunch - cottage cheese with 1 tsp. light mayo and salt & pepper (have always hated cottage cheese until I tried it this way). Love it!!!
Dinner - 1/4 cup packed tuna, light mayo, dill relish, 1/2 egg white boiled.
Water, water, and more water.

in the middle of my 5th week.  Down 30 pounds, (27 after 2/12 weeks and then a 2 week stall... finally got the other 3 off this past Saturday to make 30!!!)

S:  .3 lbs of muskmelon (after biking)
L:  10 yogurt covered pretzels
S:  planned - 1/2 cup egg beaters, 5T Asiago cheese
D: planned - 6 oz  'chicken mush'  (mixture of chicken, cream cheese, onion, green chili, red pepper)

Calories -  832
Fat - 30g    CHO - 61g    Protein- 78g

Exercise:  completed - Trail riding - 65 minutes, 14.6 miles ; planned - casual 45 min walk tonight

It is HOT!!!!   Hoping for some fireworks tonight but some rain during the day would be most welcome, too. 

The best thing today is waking up to a Monday morning with an official 4.1 lb loss over last week!!!!  If my weight loss history holds true, I am going to stall right here for about 3 weeks...so when I start getting whinny and think about giving up...remind me...its a pattern....just gotta do my thing till the lossing week comes back around.

B: Egg, cheese, and roast beef omlet
S: NONE!!!!!
L: iced protein coffee with a dash of 1/2 and 1/2, 1/2 ounch of sharp chedder
S:1/2  BBQ pulled pork wrap
S: watermellon and 1/2 peach
D: New York Strip steak with a veggi shish-k-bob
S: cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, ranch dip and babybel
S: protein hot coco

Water: 40 oz and slurping

Exersize: does not look like it
