I am finally in underland. I am down 56 pounds in 4 1/2 months. Yeah. It seems slow sometimes and really fast at others. I am so happy. It gets easier and easier every day. I think it took a long time (4 1/2 months) to understand my portion size. I have thrown so much food away because of old habits. Has anyone else had this problem? Yeah, yeah
