Does anyone have anything that they can suggest to help with sagging skin mainly on the arms?  I have lost about 90 lbs and have horrible arm skin.

It'll get a little better with time, but not much. Also might get a little better with exercise, but not much. If its really bothering you, you might want to investigate plastic surgery.

go under Tools, then pick widgets and tickers. then pick Body.  Put your new weight in....it will take a minute to save.  Sometimes it will take a little time for you to see the change in your posts.

Nothing you can do besides plastics, you can mask it with shape wear and long sleeves I refuse to wear short sleeves

I am 51 so no bounce back on the arms.  I had TT and brachio done on the 6th and it hasn't been bad at all.  Even with the swelling right now, I can tell that  the arms are going to look great.  The price is hefty but I am definitely going to wear tanks and short sleeves!
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

Someone on here suggested pomegranate "vitamins" are supposed to help with skin elasticity.  I've been taking them since I heard the suggestion (pretty close to surgery) and I don't really have saggy skin & I've lost 88lbs since surgery.  I don't know if they are the real reason for no saggy skin, but I'm not stopping taking them now

What's the name of the vitamins? And were you able to crush them to take them right after surgery?

They are just pomagranate vitamins that I got in the vitamin section of the local grocery store.
