Wel, Well, Well - What a week its been!

Many, Many, Many NSV's.

1.  Yay to me - started incorporating running into my exercise program.  I completed the first week of the easeinto5K program

2.  Lost 4.5 lbs

3.  Got down to a size 36 pant.  I haven't been able to wear these since 8th grade.  Why my parents still had pants from the 8th grade, I don't know.  They fit comfortably - and Hey I guess Retro is in.

4.  I am able to now wear just  a Large shirt.  Finally no X's in my sizes!!!!

Still working on my next major goal which is 75% of my Excess Body Weight lost.  I am 11 lbs from that goal - then its on to ONDERLAND!

It has been an amazing journey, and I do not regret one second of it.

Great work!  I was doing laundry yesterday.  As I took clothes out, I was marveling at how small they have gotten and how much I loved seeing Ms and Ls on the tags instead of 2X and 3x!
