I am eating a few strawberries, but they are so sweet that I don't chew enough.  Then, I get heart burn.  Yukes.......  I guess I need to chop them in the blender!!!

I have chewable papaya enzymes that i chew after a meal. It immediately stops the heartburn and they are natural.  I get them at the vitamin shoppe. Best, Sharon

I have PC as well but have never used them, what are they really meant for? Do you use them if you feel the food "sitting" in your chest or more for heart burn right after you eat???

On the bottle it states to " help support and maintain daily digestive health". I use them for heartburn. Sharon

Are you sure the strawberries aren't causing some acidity issues regardless of how pureed they are? I love strawberries but I can't handle them right  now because they're one of the few foods that cause me reflux (pineapple & oranges do, too).
