Um... according to the NI on their website, a small fry has 100 calories and 29 carbs... where are you getting your info?

No problem :)  It's still more than I would want to spend on one side item at a meal (but I'm only 2 months out)... but I thought "damn!" So I had to go look haha

 That's just carbs...cant imagine the fat. 


Generally speaking, theres nothing at a fast food place that's going to be good for us - even MCD plain grilled chicken breast scares me (I'll eat it if my options are limited, but its something that will happen very very rarely). Best just to avoid fast food all together.

 11 grams of fat, the grilled chicken wrap without dressing, eat just the chicken, and its about 175 calories.

Mcdonalds food is garbage, its not food its food like substances... junk, over processed, bacterial breeding ground, chemicals,  hormone laden, fat, salt and sugar garbage. Do yourself a favor and cook for yourself, eat fruits, nuts or raw veggies in a pinch. You will feel so much better.
