108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

How do you put a picture of yourself as your avatar?? Everytime I try it says the image is too big

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

You have to make sure the pic is 100x100 pixels or it won't work as an avatar. You can google "resizing pics" and there are a bunch of sites that show you how to reduce the file size. Hope that helps.
