Vote: Competing Protein Blondie Recipes

After the success with my double chocolate peanut butter brownie protein bar today (They disappeared down othe peoples gullets) I am out of the chocolate peanut butter and chocolate protein to make more.  I am of two minds which variety to make next - I have a ton of vanilla protein powder so was thinking of a blondie.  I have come up with two recipes but am not sure which one to go for tomorrow.  Which do you think:

Option 1:  Peanut Butter-Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Blondie:

Toasted walnuts inside a vanilla-cinnamon Penaut butter brownie thickened with flaxseed meal and SF Torani Borwn Sugar Cinnamon syrup.

Option 2:  Traditional Blondie

Toasted walnuts inside a vanilla blondie thickened with flaxseed meal and SF Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup.  This would have to be a more traditional blondie that without the PB base I would have to add eggs and baking soda and salt and all that jazz to get a cake to come together.  No big deal there - just extra calories that arent going to add a lot of protein.

So put in your orders my OH friends - Which sounds better to you.

Number two sounds good to me. So I am putting in my order and you can deliver it right on down to Memphis.

I'd make them both. Sample them both and YOU tell us the winner. I have a feeling they are both going to taste mighty fine.

Traditional. As much as I love peanut butter, a blondie is a blondie and PB is PB...
