Pantry Selection Oatmeal
Has anyone else tried this? As an effort to up my calories and move my carbs a little - while still getting protein in - I ordered a pack of the Pantry Selection Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal. It has 100 cal; 8g carbs; and 14 protein. I really like it. But am just wondering what others experience would be. It is QUITE pricey, but I do like it as a portable treat. I grabbed a packet this morning, pour it in a disposable coffee cup with a splenda, added ho****er and stirred. Now I am in class enjoying my breakfast.
Anyone try these? Is it tooo good to be true?

Do you know if it's 8 net carbs or total? Im a little skeptical of any oatmeal being 8 carbs. If it is, it's a winner for sure.

Hmmm...interesting. Net carbs are usually total carbs minus the dietary fiber (since most fiber is not actually digested by the body ).
I want to know what kind of diet has 400 calories or less per day - that sounds like the anorexic diet lol. What a weird warning.
