Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
 Had a GREAT workout yesterday!!  I was supposed to do 4 miles but I only did 3.25 because I really wanted to go to this water aerobics class to help some of my achy muscles!!  So I did and I feel a little loser today!!
B: Protein Shake (8oz Greek Yogurt; Acai Puree; Spinach; Couple Strawberries; SF Syrup; Ice)
S: Coffee; Atkins Oatmeal Cinnamon Baked Square
L: Low Carb Chicken Curry
S: String Cheese
D: Tuna/Cauliflower Casserole
S: ??
Water: Goal 12-14 Cups (Currently 5)
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: N/A or TBD
NEXT...

 I dont feel like eating. My stomach has been a disaster since....well you know. If I did eat, I want subway which i'm not doing, so shakes it is. 
I will find something good for dinner - dont worry. And then I'll probably text you again about how I ate too freaking much!!
