I am 1 year post VSG today. I reached my goal at 8 months and have been able to keep it off. My family and I just got back from a cruise with all the "all you can eat buffets", its amazing how much my attitude has changed when it comes to food!

I would do the surgery again without hesitation! Hope everyone has a great day and Merry Christmas! I am going to enjoy this one the healthiest I have been for the past 15 years!!

That's awesome and I really look forward to being able to post a similar success story in about 13 months. I am leaning heavily towards VSG and I think it will meet my goals and expectations. Congrats again.
