My Success Encourages Others! Loose Skin Pics/Self Love

I am 18 months post-op. I have lost 145lbs and still continue to lose. My success has encouraged two of my friends who were both over 400lbs to have the surgery (both are doing fantastic!) Another friend of mine has her surgery date set for next month, another friend is contemplating surgery and asking me questions. This is wonderful to me!! I LOVE encouraging people with my success!

The warm weather so far has really been a time to start appreciating my success as I become more and more self conscious about showing off my loose skin. I refuse to hide my new healthy body. I may not wear little shorts or a bikini (this year!) but I'm trying to stay confident as my loose skin jiggles as I move/walk in shorter summer dresses and bathing suits. I have lost 145lbs!!! I won't be ashamed of that!

thats very encouraging to me! im wondering what ill do with the lose skin ill eventually get, embrace it or hid from it. i think i know what im going to do, thanks to you for being brave and showing it.

Okay honestly your pics are great and you look WONDERFUL, but my FAVORITE is the one of you pulling your tummy skin up. You are just embracing who you are right now and what you look like and BAM this is it. Love it. So proud of the way you are inspiring others!
