Congratulations on achieving such a great result!  You look healthy and beautiful!

I often say that the biggest gift of my surgery is getting to be an athlete again.  I can't run (back won't tolerate), but I cycle like crazy--I rode 200 miles last weekend.  Whenever the topic comes around to obesity, as it does sometimes among the super athletic, I always identify myself as a member of the tribe.  I am a respected cyclist among my peers, so I use that as a point of education.  Usually "I am a strong person, and I couldn't lose the weight without surgery."

Congrats again, WTG!!! angry

You look fantastic!!! I am a big fan of running too. Looking forward to the day I can put on those new balance shoes and hit the pavement for 7 miles. It's such a refreshing feeling when you're done!!
