A deliciously easy recipe using ground beef and cabbage.  I don't have the link for it but if you do a search on this site for "crack slaw" you will find it.   It makes a lot and it heats up beautifully for lunches and extra meals.

I just made it this week for the first time.  It was delicious.  I added lots of sriracha sauce since I love heat.  It was the first time I've had red meat (hamburger) in months.  

Problem was, it made me want to eat and eat and eat more.  In the future, I think I'd use less ground beef and add some additional vegetables, like peppers or mushrooms.  But it's a great meal with savory and asian flavors.
