So far I've had my morning double protein shake and I'm working on a cup of strained soup.  I'm also working on my Nalgene so I'm on track with proteins and fluids.  I'll probably have a SF popsicle or two and another cup of soup at some point.

I walked 1.22 miles since it's a gorgeous spring(ish) day here!

And, the best part yet, I did my meal planning for the end of the week when I'll have graduated to purees!!!!

Pizza!  I buy the Fiber One wraps (80 cal / 5 gm fiber / 6 gm protein), put it in a frying pan with some olive oil spray and let it crisp up a bit and add some diced tomatoes with onions, garlic powder and low fat cheese.  YUMMY.
