My goal is 127 for the same reason - right in the middle of normal for my height :D  It feels like a stretch goal to me, like there's no way I'll ever be able to get there, but last year I didn't think I'd ever see 260 again.  So I won't know until I get there, eh? :D

Right.  The only certainty is the numbers I've left behind I plan on never looking at again.

I laughed when my doctor told me that I should aim at 110 lbs.  I thought he was crazy.  When I reached 101 lbs., I didn't think he was crazy anymore.  :)  I think for many of us, the lower end is possible if we want it.  I am small boned and the low end of normal works best for me.  I say go for what will make you the happiest.  You can do almost anything you really want to do. Good luck to you and I can't wait to celebrate your goal with you when you get there.

My nutritionist and doctor both went with the 170 goal.  I guess they go w/ the "average" VSG weight loss.  I had mine at 150.  But if ideal is 135 then why shouldn't I be ideal, right?  And I'll look forward to sharing the celebration.  Thanks for the support!
