Licking my wounds from last night's PT workout. My new guy does not play around. Holly cow, It hurt to lift my coffee cup this morning!

X - REST!! Going on a 32 mile bike ride tomorrow with the group. It's going to be beautiful. Partly sunny and 70c! Taking ferry across Puget Sound and riding along water front.

water and vites: good for water, bad for vites - I'll skip most of the vites until I'm eating again
exercise: rest day, but my leg is feeling a lot better now

thank goodness its Friday. Its been a long week for me.
Breakfast - salmon and zucchini with basil cream sauce
Lunch - crock pot chicken salsa verde and broccoli slaw
Dinner - hamburger and roasted cauliflower
Vitamins - like clockwork
Water - good
Exercise - recumbent bike, here I come!
