A little late but 1 year surgerversary post with pic!
Hi All - Ive been away from OH for a while. Been very busy living life and enjoying again! My one year surgerversary was on June 3rd and I haven't gotten a chance to post. It has been one hell of an amazing year. This journey has had it's highs and it's lows but I wouldn't change not one single tiny thing about it. I am down 115lbs and couldn't be happier. I live a life that I am super content with when it comes to health and food. It's not PERFECT but it's healthy with some indulgences. I haven't hit my ultimate goal yet.. but I am totally ok with that because I am happy where I am. No one lied when they said the last 10lbs are the hardest!
I had my first plastics consult yesterday and will probably be going forward with them in October. I have an estimated 10lbs of excess skin according the the surgeon. I will be getting a lower body lift and breast lift. Once the results of my lower body lift are completely known, I will decide if I want to go forward with a inner thigh lift. I am hoping I will be ok with just the LBL but we shall see.
To all the people just beginning your journey.. or considering it... stop waiting. Stop wondering. Stop being scared. It's not easy.. it's a constant battle for your health and your life.. but it is worth every single second!
