Protein and carbs - How much do you eat?

I'm about 3 1/2 months post op and wondering what other people are eating in the way of carbs and protein? My goal has been 60-80 protein and 30-45 carbs based on what my NUT recommended. I've done pretty good but I'm just curious at what other have been successful doing. I might need to mix it up to get over this 4 week stall.

Thanks in advance!

At 3-4 months I was doing 80-90 protein and 30-40 carbs with 100 oz of water a day.  You're doing well!  I would only suggest upping the protein.

My Nut wants a minimum of 80 protien and under 30 to 40 carbs!! Also water is major I have to have a minimum of 64 but I try to get a minimum of 80 also cause I've seen people on here say 80 to 120 !!!  It's a pain in the butt ..but you can do this!!! That stall will be over before you know it I've had one this week also and it's making me nuts ...but no matter what we know it has to end!!! Best of luck! !! :-)

I am for 80 grams of protein and less than 60 grams of carbs...however, looking at My Fitness pal, it seems I meet the protein goal with no issue, but typically have a carb count between 70-90 grams a day. Since this does not trigger sugar cravings for me, I do't worry about it...but it is definitely something to be aware of!

65-85 protein and 30-50 carbs is what I have been doing lately.  I am losing at a pretty steady pace with slow weeks here and there.

My NUT makes no comment on carb intake...she just says 65g protein and there shouldn't be much room for lots of other stuff. Order of eating is Meat, dairy, veg, fruit, and small amounts of complex carbs are "allowed" on my plan.

Most of my carbs come from skim milk - which is also how I get to my protein goals too.

I do around 800 cals daily, 70-100 protein and try and stay under 40 carbs. I have learned not to stress if I go over a little. I also drink alot of fluids everyday. I don't really track it but I have a mug that holds 28oz and I try to drink at least 3 a day. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.

My weight loss has slowed since I have not been in the gym in a bit.  But it is still coming off.

You are doing well.  If you were going to change anything up, I would lean more towards the 80 side on the protein and leave the carbs alone.  It is sometimes hard to lower your carbs back down once you raise them and they can also make you more hungry.  I did find that I lost better when I was closer to 80 grams of protein.  Also up your non calorie liquid intake.  If you are the slightest bit dehydrated it can make you stall and/or retain water.
