Good morning! I'm pleased to say I actually exercised yesterday and today. It feels good to do something positive. I ate cake, and too much of it, on Saturday, but I was a super good eater on Sunday. I've found that when I cut out the carbs that I get a bit constipated though. That isn't fun.

L: yogurt and granola
