Thank you all so much for the congrats! The process thus far has felt like an eternity.
Now I just need to get myself ready mentally and physically.
I think a little panic is setting in because I feel like I need to eat ALL of my favorite crappy foods in LARGE quantities...I've only given in to a couple and I've kept the amount reasonable.
I just need to remember that I can still have a little tiny bit of pretty much anything with the VSG....I just have to be level-headed.
Once I get the sugar out of my system with the pre-op liquids I know the cravings will go away...been there, done that before.
Again, thanks!!!

yay!!  You are going to do just fine!!   Rest, sip, and walk... that's all you have to remember for now.  Turn it over and let the guys at the hospital do their job.  You just keep them entertained with your drug induced wittiness.  That does the trick!  haha   Won't be long noowwwww!!   :-))
LIFE'S a REACH...    and then you FLY!!!

Welcome to the land of "pre-op"....doesn't it feel wonderful!

Woo hooo for YOU!   and yes a new kind of stress is just around the corner... the never ending "list"...of things to do, to buy, to clean, to build new types of lists.  And to think the psych cleared me and told me no obsessive personality traits found.  Are you kidding me?

Are you VSG or RNY???

Meg
