How Stupid....OUCH!!! UPDATE

UPDATE:  Thanks for all of Messages!!   The burns on my arm are red and swelled but the pain is pretty much gone. It looks a whole lot worse than it feels.

My DD just made a Cheesecake and I just dropped the whole thing putting it in the fridge!  My arm is burnt the whole way down and there are burn spots on my leg and foot.  The neighbor brought me up some burn lotion that the hospital told her to use.

Thank GOD that the little ones weren't following me around the kitchen like they do sometimes, although I think I would have been smart enough not to carry something hot out of the oven with them under foot.  I always put a cookie sheet under tin foil pans....not telling DD to do that was a dumb move on my part!!!  The dog was loving the spill!!

She took pictures of the disaster to prove she finally made something for our family 4th picnic. She sent her DH out to buy a couple of pumpking rolls.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Man, burns hurt at least as much as my stings do.  I hope the lotion helps.  We used something called silverdeen or something like that on burns that my DS got when he was little.  But that was 30 yrs ago so maybe there are better things now.  Hope it feels better soon.

OUCH, Roz...I hope it feels better soon. I still have scars on one arm from a burn I got while working at a fast food place. And I HAD the gloves on, it hit just above them.

Aloe Vera from the plant helps and does wonders.
