Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

Over the hump day already.  I love these short weeks of work but hoping for a slow long weekend!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Hi Everyone,
I've been in an obvious self induced stall, and posting here is my way of recommitting to good health.

B. Greek Yogurt w/Kashi go lean crisp
L. Chicken patty w/cranberries; brussel sprouts
S. Cucumbers w/pico de gallo
D. Chicken patty w/cranberries; cantelope
S. sf popsicles
S. handful of almonds, or protein bar

2 bottle of water down, 3 to go.

Swimming tonight.

 Lucy,

That is such an honest description!  My stall is also self-induced and you and I have lost similar amounts of weight.  Emotional eating will always be what slows me down.
Yesterday I went to Zumba for the first time to add more exercise to my routine.  OMG that is one hard class.  The only good thing is that I lasted longer than my 21 year old daughter. :)
Recognizing that we are in control of our loss of control is the first step in getting back in control.  You sound like you are back on track.

Thank you for your good words, Janet.  I tried hard to figure out what my problem was, and finally had to admit I was doing it to myself.  This is a very hard journey, but I'm thinking its worth it.
