Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

My burns on my arm look red, sore, and swelled today but they actually feel pretty good today.  The cold water and burn salve relieved a lot of the pain yesterday.  It could have been so much worse..luckily my carpet, stove, and fridge got the blunt of it. 

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

L:   Arnold  100% wheat Thin Roll with Peanut Butter and SF jam
S:  4 Saltines with Laughing Cow Cheese wedge
Protein:  GNC Chocolate with SF DaVinci Peppermint Paddy Syrup
D:  1/2 Cup Spagetti with extra meat sauce and 1 garlic bread stick

Good morning Roz!!!!, had a few people over yesterday. Two of us are DS and we of course ate very little but did try bites of just about everything. I had cooked brats in the smoker with baked potatoes too. Threw the brats in a beer bath with many colored peppers and onion. Others seemed to take our que and just ate a little. Green beans were ok but I felt a bit crisp. We also drank a few margaritas and baileys and butterscotch shots.

Today I had cereal and a banana with my vitamins and looking to have a protein shake in a few minutes. Probably eat leftovers today.. Hope you had a great fourth of July! .......Jeff

Glad to hear everything going great and you had a nice 4th.  I still think of our Steelers (STL) everytime I see your avie....LOL.

so sorry to hear about the burns! i'm glad youre healing. i had a busy weekend including moving, i'm so glad thats over and i can get back to normalcy.

Moving is exciting but it sure can be exhausting and nerve racking.  I told my DH that I would never move again and that was 28 years ago.  My middle DD was 5 and now she has an 11 yr. old.

Hope you enjoyed your dinner!  Did you have trouble eating steak?  Usually DH orders a bigger one and he cuts me off some or I order a small one and he finishes it off...either way he makes out...LOL
