A new week is upon us!!   It's super hot here and our grass is so dry it hurts to walk in your bare feet.   I wore one of my new dresses to church yesterday without nylons...It's been years since I wore a  dress to church (except for DD's weddings)  and I've NEVER  worn one without nylons!!!  It felt so freeing and I got a few compliments so I might just have to go out and buy a couple more summer dresses.

Hi Roz!  Running into GNC today as its last day for Gold Card... I get my probiotics from there.  Picked up some more fish oil, etc. 

I bought a new dress today at Kohls.  I love wearing sun dresses - I wear them all summer long - they're SO comfy now,.

L - a skinny mocha latte
D - open faced crock pot roast beef sandwich

Good morning everyone!  Happy Monday!!  I NEED to keep those carbs in check...my nighttime eating HAS to stop and I need to stick to plan!  Thank goodness I am working out again!  So, here it is:

Hi Roz,
I've been wearing skirts and love them(with no hose)!!  They are so cool and comfortable.  Never would I have worn anything without pantyhose.... now if I could figure out a way to get rid of the bra......

 Sweet  lil  Roz !   I just bet You looked SOO  Cute  with Ur  soft lil  legs  showing ...  why not ?  Why  SHOULD we wear hot nylons even in the summer  ?  

I bet hubby  approves  of U wearing  cool  summer dresses    and I'm  sure U look  Great in them !

Its  hot as Hades here too  in Brooklyn -  i finally broke down and put the air conditioner in a window  ....AHHHH ....

I also  INOCULATED  all my squash vines with Bacillus Thurginensis  to thwart the Squash Vine Borer... HA HA !!     We'll  see who gets  the last laugh ...  but at least  they have a fighting chance ....  thanks guys for all the great advice

Funny,nylons. I haen't worn nylons in years cause I haven't been able to wear dresses in years. Now,I would never wear nylons in summer and on ly wear tights in winter,lol.

Shocked my self today, decarbing and doing fairly well with it.
